This townhouse rented for $7,765/month and is now off the market. What was your favorite feature? Do you prefer the restored ornamental woodwork or the sleek minimalist kitchen?

Best home tour I have ever seen. Even for some one with lack of spatial orientation, its easy to follow and understand the entire home layout. Thanks, I always had curiosity about how townhomes looked inside. 👍

There’s a beautiful flow of quiet energy throughout the property. You can feel the silence echoing from the outside and then inwards. I’m loving this property. I know I will have too much fun decorating this townhouse.

One of my relatives had a brownstone in Brooklyn just like that, my relatives sold it after he died for $1,000,000 that was way back in the day but it was beautiful just exactly like this one. Good to see it again!!!!!

That outdoor space that many lucky Brooklyn ppls get with their homes makes me soooooooo envious! (Good envy Not negative envy) and I love that most neighborhoods aside from downtown BK dont have tall buildings everywhere. The ones who don't care about their outdoor space and let it look overgrown n ugly with junk should switch with ppl who dont have that outside space! Like me!

I'm glad to see these beautiful old structures restored...Too many have been leveled to make room for newer high-rises... I was raised in a Brownstone on 89th Street between Columbus & Amsterdam on the Upper West Side of Manhattan from 1959 to around 1965 after the Wise Towers Public Housing were completed... After moving to the eighteenth floor of 117 W. 90th Street I watched the Brownstones in the neighborhood and adjacent neighborhoods slowly disappear, high-rise apartment buildings and smaller, four story private townhomes taking their places...

With spacious rooms and a bath for every bedroom, this house could be shared by two or more compatible families, making the rent more affordable. The fittings are all high-end, and the numerous closets have organizers for convenient use. The only thing missing is a garage or off-street parking, but the listing assures us that subways and trains are "nearby", whatever that proves to be. If occupied by just one family, one might assume that they have a car and driver just a phone call away. It all looks to be in top condition, so it should attract prospects.
