This property was phenomenal! Especially because it included a garage! The only negative thing iin my opinion is that the back bedrooms with the walk through and walk in closets didnt have an attached bathroom because it was in the hall. That would have been perfect.

I owned 574 4th Ave 11215 from 1976-1993. There was only one other owner before it was torn down for the condo that is there now. This is exactly the way I would've envisioned renovating it had it still existed today.

Whoever did the music? Captured the Brooklyn Spike Lee Esque style. You are definitely in tune w the Brooklyn hip hop culture.

Yes, this music reminded me so much of the movie Crooklyn

@@dedra744 Watch the She Gotta Have It series. The girl playing Nola is self centered but you get flashes of the 80's and 90's era Spike style

I absolutely love these videos. I’m in Northern California. Never seen a brownstone before. We have Victorians.

The Victorian style homes here are mostly on the other side of Brooklyn.

We have Victorians style homes here in Brooklyn too. They’re beautiful, but I love my Brownstones more!

I’m in Northern Cali too. I feel like the Victorians can’t compare to the majesty of these brownstones. I’d love to live in one.

There are so many neighborhoods to choose from with brownstones that date back to the 1800's. This is the DNA of Brooklyn. You may have enjoyed the video even more if you could've heard the sounds of a Brooklyn neighborhood street. There's nowhere else on Earth like it. I've traveled to many places but I always end up longing to be back home in Brooklyn.

I love nys brownstones and manhattan like homes especially those w a Gothic Victorian or Victorian interior design. I own a 3 story townhome in downtown Houston current value $545k. Built in 2018, 1st owner so everything is new. I plan to remodel all 3 levels to a Victorian interior sometime maybe 2023
