2:05 I'm glad that young lady was telling the truth. You see? Not everyone tells lies! I'm happy towtrucker took the time to investigate the issue before he took the car. *Respect*

Double or triple checking the paperwork and checking with the office management is a good move Johnny. Never leave any stone unturned. And the lady was quite mature about the situation. More people who are about to have their cars snatched should follow her example.

Love your vids! So, since you come up in contact with people's cars, 🪝on to them, and pull some slack, etc. What if the owner comes out with a cable cutter and cut your wire and tells you "that's just the way it goes." Or perhaps they may throw something in your cab, mess with your truck? You mess with their cars and they mess with yours. Brother stay safe out there.

It has been a few years since I have lived in apartment complexes, but my experience is that they are understaffed, often the office is closed while the only person in that office is off showing apartments to prospective tennants/other duties on and off the property. Phone calls were rarely answered. This must be extremely frustrating for Towtrucker to have such disorganization among the office staff, yet he must be patient with them or risk his company loosing the contract. I blame the property owners (at least from my experiences) for under-staffing the properties, both in office staff and maintenance while charging premium rents. It sounds like Towtrucker gets paid, at least in part, by the number of vehicles he tows; when the office management causes these delays, it is SO unfair; but I can almost hear him say: "That's just how it is."
@lilsuzq323 жыл бұрын
Totally agree...I've been a tenant for many years, and although I've never been towed (nor had reason to be towed) the office staff can be infuriating.
