If that apartment lease does not already have a provision about the number of vehicles a renter can park on the property, it needs one. Never heard of one apartment unit being allowed to have 8 vehicles parked on the property with a number of them not properly registered and tagged. Not fair to the other tenants who want to park near the building where their units are.

It's tenants like him that bring down the community. The manager seems more than reasonable. He is taking up excess parking spaces and is trying to play the victim. Johnny, I have enjoyed watching your videos for years and marvel at your people skills while under pressure. Often times, when you drag the hooks and chains across the truck bed and ground, the loud metallic noise will alarm the vehicle owners that you are there. Have you considered putting a clear flexible plastic tubing around the chains to muffle the noise? The reason for it being clear is so the chain links can still be visually inspected for defects. The hooks could also be muffled with a plastic coating or even duct tape. Just an idea for your consideration. Your the best in the business, Johnny !
