In the first clip, the new move ins spot was probably being used as an owners 2nd car spot, since they hadn't seen any empty spaces. Two car owners are ALWAYS looking for empty spaces. When I lived in a townhouse/apartment complex, there was a problem because a tennet took up 2 spaces. The wife was handicapped so that space was ALWAYS occupied as it belonged to them as it was used for the handicap apartment. And then for the husbands car, he was always using the guest space instead of more distant parking for 2nd cars. We complained, but management didn't do anyrhing about it. I hate it when management doesn't do their job. But that young man was very nice about it all. Glad to see a new face in your video. Nice to get a new hire that knows the job. Welcome to the show Robbie Repo! Hey Johnny, haven't seen the rooster for a long time. Is he still crowing away? Glad you had anothet safe day or two, may it always be so. I worked in the apartment world for a little over 8 years. I ran (managed) an 1100 unit community. YES! 1 1 0 0 units. I can tell you that we get no direct money from towing. Indirectly money would be free tows for myself and my wife for personal tows. And, the most important, higher rents. Which means, bigger bonus. You cannot charge more for rent when the community parking looks like a damn junkyard. I was strict too. But I also managed Class A, and Resort Style communities. So the residents expected me to be strict.
