Actually that’s not true. When apartments redo the pavement (usually the spring and early summer) it’s called a relocation. The property tells the residents when the work will be done and where to park prior. If you don’t move, a tow company will relocate (as he mentioned) the car another designated area of the lot. The charge can range from 45-75 dollars. The fee is paid by the property and they attempt to get money back from the resident through billing. Therefore no money is needed.
