+Muggshotter No problemo, friend. Always happy to supply more when I can. Actually she can't. That's actually Milla Maxwell with her voice track (as evidenced by the Cut-ins and hair). You can actually trigger a NG+ Glitch by doing what is displayed here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rnbdn2OXls93iZY. What the Glitch does is essentially carry over everything (even characters) by skipping the grade shop, but it kinda screws up certain things like event flags and junk. A side-effect of this Glitch is that you have Milla Maxwell, but she talks and acts like Fractured Milla. In other words, Ludger can have his very own waifu...just only in this wierd-ass place. I'd say give it a try when you have some time. Its kinda fun to mess around with,
