Best wishes La Reina and everyone else in the hurricane's path! ----- I totally agree La Reina. I like what I like, I might dislike some media, but I'm not going to be mean to those who like it. If I care for you, I'll even engage in chat about it, asking if they enjoyed the latest episode etc. To me its in the same vein as making polite conversation about sports or other stuff I don't care for but I know makes people I like happy. ----- As a Brit I'd say the two most well known parts of the US Constitution are Free speech and Right to bear arms. We grow up on US media, so British actors (& a certain spoilt brat prince) not understanding Free speech in the US is just strange. Don't media sites all already have means to report people harassing you, so just use those functions. J T-S is the woman who accepted the role of Anne Boleyn, a real life white woman. (If it was like Hamilton where everyone was a different race to the actual people I'd not be so annoyed by it.) So I tend to ignore what she says. ----- You don't need 'superfans' (I agree with you La Reina about how the studios probably define such) involved, you just need people who can do research and respect the lore. I don't even mind slight tweaks to lore, if it makes sense. (As a fan of a certain show, who wrote fanfic for it and ran forum RP sites I have done this because the canon actually made no sense with facts from history and the 'why' it was done. No one objected to the slight tweak, because it made more sense than what the canon writers did. -- I don't think they researched their idea to see if it actually gelled with what people were capable of in the past.) ----- As a female OG Star Wars fan, I was really hyped for Galaxy's edge, until they tied it to the Rey Trilogy. I'm not even into Harry Potter, but if I ever went to Florida I'd want to visit Universal to visit for that land!

Jodie blaming Fans for The Acolyte's failure and calling them racist is getting old, she sounds detached from reality since the vast majority of Star Wars Fans simply chose not to watch The Acolyte, all she is doing is driving away any potential Fans, people are sick of this behavior. "Superfan", remember those Rings of Power "Superfans"? Basically the Superfans are who they will pay to be fans and not actual fans, this is going to be a mess. We was sad and eventually offended when Rachel began criticizing our Childhood Movie, have you noticed how she actually apologized for that? She says she is sad but not sorry, "Weird, weird".
