Toxic Food Ingredients

Hi Guys,
In today's video I'll be discussing about toxic ingredients that are typically found in processed foods. When you grocery shop, and don't take the time to read the food label and look at the ingredients chances are you will not notice that these toxic ingredients are in the foods you eat and feed to your family.
Some of these ingredients are linked to causing cancer, and other metabolic health concerns. Once you get into the habit of reading food labels and educating yourself, you will find that majority of processed foods have things that are not beneficial to the health of your body, and my hopes is that slowly you will start to make changes with the types of foods you purchase.
