I can feel the pain i lost my mom when i was 9 and then i lost my elder sis.... Baap nahi hota to kandan khatan hota h aur Maa nahi hoti to sansar khatam ho jaata hai i hv experience worst things... Toxic family, molestation, mental trauma, but still i m thankful to god...i hv faith on my Krishna 🙏

Emotionally express karo toh uss pe bhi toxic politics hoti hai,that's why people do not express,I have had bad experience expressing,I can understand her pain lost my family,God bless her and family. Meditation is like traveling in a bullakcart while Reiki is going in an aeroplane... Meditation has different aspects,it is important too..Reiki ka galat use nahi ho sakta,agar karma hoga toh reiki interfere nahi karti...and reiki chooses people not people choose reiki.
