Seeds of time and wall nut are best maps, let zombies start capture at 1:30 - 1:00, if you're not confident with kills you can try killing the campers or people that aren't capturing, go for 20 - 30 kills first base the rest 10 - 20, seeds of time last base can be an easy 30 - 40 kills if it last fully.
