I struggled with my mental state everyday for a year in 2018 brought on by a toxic environment.
As creatives we put so much of ourselves into our work, that working with people who breed toxicity can and does take a major toll on our mental state.
These are raw thoughts on that point in my creative life while also showing that there is ALWAYS a light at the end of a tunnel.
Things WILL get better. They always do.
I want to make it VERY clear that I worked with some incredibly kind and incredible talented people at this point as well, but all of that was overshadowed by one person who continued to drive a wedge into our team.
