@@christianfreed3352 Also, without prayer beads, the phasing sound only plays when you are outside the terror radius of the clone she leaves behind. So if a spirit plays her cards right, she can get a sort of discount prayer beads by gauging just the right distance so the phasing sound won't play, but the survivor won't be scared away by the terror radius. Although it's far less reliable, of course, and running Monitor and Abuse like he was would interfere with that tactic.

Hugging walls correctly is optimal because you turn corners faster. If you overdo it, you can wind up running into the wall a bit and losing speed, but I believe with enough practice you can find the sweet spot. Don't get me wrong; any time I try to, I basically 90-degree turn directly into the wall and get stuck on geometry, but I'm pretty sure there is a way to make it work.

Haddonfield offering is considered extremely toxic. Same as Jigsaw offering from killers. Haddonfield is very if not the most survivor sided map in the game, good luck if they have balanced landing (before it was nerfed).

The only reason why I’m not fully sure they were stream sniping was the lack of spine-chill on all of them. The person who used the haddonfield offering probably was... (mainly cos I’m pretty sure that they’re the ones that immediately started getting salty first in the end game chat). But I think he’s reading a bit too much into *everyones* build. I run borrowed time usually as my main build.... doesn’t mean I’m sniping a twitch streamer. IMO those were some standard builds (except for the iron wills- they didn’t really fit with those builds). Spinechill itself is a decent perk (survivors “whispers” IMO) and if they were all sniping they all would’ve had it. Or they wouldn’t have had it at all since they would be sniping. Fair to say that the spinechill guy wasn’t sniping but definitely the two iron wills were.

ArtCrafts Gaming well if you’re sniping, you wouldn’t really need it, considering you could just have the stream open in one monitor/tab/device and just watch to see when Tru3 is looking in your direction or coming for you. In fact, the lack of spine chill and the survivors’ initial ability to get off a gen before tru3 even shows himself is even MORE indicative of sniping than having spine chill. If they don’t have a perk to show when the killer is watching them, how would they know tru3 is about to come grab them off the gen?

I'm guessing they use Steam's Recent Players feature to find the name of the killer player. If it's a streamer they recognize, they open their stream. Otherwise, they probably leave the lobby before the game starts to hunt a streamer (or perhaps Tru3 specifically, depending how picky they are). So they aren't actually leaving games (which should cause them to depip and eventually drop out of the top ranks); they're leaving lobbies before the game has a chance to start (which sucks for the killer who gets 4 survivors lined up, only for all 4 to leave a few seconds later).

Because there was no way for them to reliably know he was coming otherwise. He only knew where they were because he was running the Discordance perk (which they would not normally know off the bat and there is little reason to assume it before he even encounters anyone), and the Prayer Beads addon masks his approach. When you really see where they were going and when, it was pretty clear that they knew where he was looking and going, but on a slight delay (because there's always some delay when streaming). They were constantly acting on information about positioning while he was invisible in-game, but often a few seconds behind where he actually was at the moment.

How do you have time to stream snipe. I mean I guess it’s easier to do on pc but as a console player I could definitely not stream snipe + I wouldn’t even want to. Like it’s really not that deep to be THAT SWEATY

It's easy if you have a secondary device like a tablet or ipad. When I grind for bp as killer I usually watching something on my surface go next to me while in a match, so if I mained survivor I could easily have a stream going instead.
