Thanks Stephen. I have certainly seen some of the toxins in both team and family life. What do you think is the best way to address these in a team environment? Do you bring it up in a retro? And or play your video to see if anyone can identify ?

I think calling it out (and recognising in yourself) is the first step. Its not easy though, and very confronting. When it takes hold in a team or in an organisation though it really can be really tough to move on from. And of course playing the video is great idea too! 😁
