He also missed the point that if there is universal mandatory DNA testing required to put the father on the birth certificate, then there is no stigma associated with getting a paternity test. It's automatic. Nobody is accusing anyone of anything, merely protecting the rights of the fathers from the possibility of fraud. It also has the added benefit of holding women accountable for once.

He should have done at least some research into the stats surrounding paternity fraud and what that does to men. That far outweighs some women pearl clutching over how the DNA test makes them feel.
