@@Hardisingh01 My office culture is not good as well as vogus , everyday I wake up and then I think why I am doing same things which had a no meaning to add my life . I think salary is the trap but process is very important where by employee enjoy their work profusely, my office colleagues are not colleagues but a chit chaat buddy's, No innovation NO creativity, only to surrender and domination. That's the actual game play which I don't like it It is far better to open my own buisness or doing our own . Job is actually a job but now a days Noida , Gurgaon they treat like Dogs.

My advise to Hardik and many young aspiring workers is to look for Job sectors which have high monopoly quotient e.g. Medical, Government Job, Private jobs which have unions allowed e.g. Maruti. If you go in a free flow private sector jobs which have no entry barrier you are setting up yourself for a life long misery and ill physical and mental health. Private sector in India is not good for people who are not having any family back ups.

Bhai maza aagya podcast sunke. Bilkull woh time yaad aagya jab maine bhi office chodha tha cnx same reasons ki wajah se. Main bhi aapse pehle pareshan hoke chodh diya tha office. Maine bolne ki bohot koshish ki. Managers and jaha tak possible tha. But you know humara kaam kitna vast tha and humse expect karte the ki hum apne aap research karke customers ko help karein jo humein aaj tak khud ki help nhi kar paaye Meta mein. Yeh story sab tak pohochni bohot zaroori thi andar ka sach. Hats off aapne aage aake yeh sab sabke saamne bola and it really requires a lot of guts. Indian Corporate is like hell... i was forced to resign just because i was not good in buttering while there were girls who were expert in buttering (professional chaatu).... even after working hard for 1.5 year.... i was put into PIP and forced to resign

My office was on 16th floor in my first job and we would get one break of 30 minutes for lunch and two breaks of 15-15 minutes for tea, it would normally take 6-7 minutes to reach on the ground floor for tea , in most of the times my breaks would exceed because of it

Issue with Indian population is that its undereducated and colleges dont teach you well so that you can get a good job, I know this because i have seen many people earning less thatn 3lpa as a fresher, and these companies exploit freshers because they know these freshers lack proper skills and are in need of a job desperately. bro Actually recently I have joined the bpo company. I dont wanna reveal its name because of safety. But bhai mene interview diya m selected hua as a fresher 20k salary in hand 19200 but hume ye training k liye bula lete h 9 bje fir pura din wastw krdete h koii aata nhi h ek baaar 4 bje k aas paas ek mam aati h aur kahdi . This is your zero days count. Aapki training kal se start hogi. Bhai me toh frustrated tha bohot jayada theek h process manager apne aap ko bhagwaan maan rha tha fir me next day gya sabko 9 bje bulaya tha bje bulaya h biometric kiya uske baad hum training room m baith gye lekin 9:45 tk kisi ka ata pata nhi . TATA ka bB process tha fir mene ek lamba sa paragraph group m daal diya worst management , ki time punctual nhi hai. Utne me manager aata h kisn3 likha ye text mene boldia mene likha h time waste mt kro hanara tumhara jeevan abb kuch krna toh nhi life m bhai bakwaash krli mene aaj training 1 day pe hi me nikal gaya waha se . Bhai aisi badi companies me wohi jaana jiske me bibi bacche h paise nhi h bhai student ho toh padhai pe focus kro . Jaisa ki iss bhai ne video me bola ki ye badi building ye cafeteria ye culture accha lagta h dekhne me same mera saath hua tha . Fir mujhe upper management ka call aap kaha jaarhe ho aajao waapas join krlo sayd hamari complain mene toh unhe me serious rehna toh raho mera time mt kahrabh ke pe . Mene leave krdia manager ka muuh ban gya tha aur trainer ka bhi. 😂😂 Bhai sidhi si baat agar log darre na toh exploitation na ho magar sach batau toh aadhe se jayada chutiya log h duniya m mere training ki class 20 bnde thy sab piit peeche bolrhe thy ki accha hua ki bhai tune text likh diya.. jab wo aaya toh kuch bola hi nhi ... bhai m toh apni aage ki padhai krne k kiye banglore jaarha hu. @@Hardisingh01 That's why Iam going to Bangalore to prepare for the competition because my brother he is an aerospace engineer. He has done PhD from IIT Kanpur. I will stay with him away from home. That is why I advise students who have studied well to never join BPO. "They killed your mental health. strongly advise hai bhai jisko jeevan kuch nhi krna wohi yaha jaye jiske goals bade hai yaha mt jana . Ye soch k bhi nhi yaar student hu personal kharche nikl jayenge . Gym pe kharch kr lunga trip bana k ghum lunga bhai. Ye sleep cycle krdenge tumhari. Body aur sukh jaegi bhai . Aakho ke niche ghhade aajayenge . Jab ghar aake sone jaaoge bed pe toh Dimaag me script ghumegi inki hello hi sir. Bilkul mt jaao bhai guard ki naukari krlo. 10 20 minutes k late login se tumhari half salary cut aur pure din kro kaam . Bhai ye sundar dikhne wala jail hai. Bina gate pass bahaar bhi nhi jaa skte. Ye sirf sirf ladkiyo ke liye hi theek mujhe nhi lgta unpe koi pressure hota hoga . Mostly unko day ki hi shift milti hai. Aur mast apna dikhawa krti hai 25 30hazaar ki salary me.

I had a similar experience with one of a well known IT giant of India. It was a desktop support profile. They didn't trained us properly and deployed us to take calls and work on IT tickets. They only hired us to get bashed by clients. Even seniors were bunch of assholes who were good for nothing. These companies are making money with all trashy support projects. Leaving others with a shitty pay and endless bills in major cities. Peace folks.

Same thing happened with me in Concentrix… toxic environment. I have worked in many organisations in past but I have never experienced the things which I have experienced here. TLs and managers are not helpful at all they have no knowledge about anything regarding the process.. and one night during my shift at 01:00AM they were telling me that I am off production..and they did purposely because of some personal grudges.. (because of my TL) i have complained about her behaviour with HR and higher management..worsttt culture and worstt managers!!!!!

Deadlines aur pressure ke saath survive karna aur bhi mushkil ho jata hai, especially during peak work times like November. Aap jitna fast aur efficient banne ki koshish karenge, utna hi pressure kam hoga. Lekin saath hi, apne health ka bhi dhyan rakhna zaroori hai. Yeh rat race kabhi khatam nahi hoti, isliye apni limits ko samajh ke chalna best hai.

Bro i want to get aware from you by listening reality I scored 58 percent in 12th My targeted clg is coep (top engineering clg of maharashtra) And i am preety sure i will pass that exam above 99.5 peacentiles So is it worth getting educated in top clg even you got less in 12th ,,do that affect placement😢

Hi Abhijit, thank you for reaching out! First of all, it's great to see your confidence and determination to achieve a top percentile. Scoring less in 12th doesn’t define your future. If you crack the entrance exam with a high percentile and get into a top college like COEP, that will carry more weight during placements than your 12th-grade marks. Most companies focus on your college performance, skills, and how well you perform in interviews, rather than past scores. Focus on building a strong skill set, participating in internships, and excelling in your field during college. Your dedication and achievements at COEP will matter much more in the long run. Unfortunately, these service-based MNCs are like this only, specially in India, even the product-based now. They exploit employees to the maximum coz they know in India we tolerate such shit, as we are still predominantly low in socio-economic status as compared to the Europeans or the Americans. Don't let them override you. Skill up to the fullest and start something of your own. I'm optimistic that the govt. will make the labour laws stricter.

You’re absolutely right, Preeti. The exploitation of employees, especially in service-based MNCs, has been a long-standing issue, and it’s high time we challenge this system. Developing new skills and starting your own venture is indeed a great way to break free from this cycle. As you mentioned, we need to keep pushing for better labor laws, and the change is possible when people demand it. Stay strong and keep pushing forward!

@@ImnotPreeti yes thats what i am saying, for 3 whole years they forced me on a project and there was no work..though i did leetcode and built some projects using django and other framework,...idk what things i have kearnt dockr,kuberenetes,aws,but i hv no confidence left now..i am unemployed for more than a year and with each failing interview my confidence went down the drain...i cant lie..never had so i am not built for this field..
