Every word you say depicts similar story with me. Same thing happen in ed tech companies. In every office there is one manager who tortures you to the extent that you will not be able to bear anymore. Everyday i used to fear because i couldn't able to meet unrealistic targets set by the company and then my manager abuses me so much that i used to cry. The most painful thing is you cant do nothing about it. The problem is whatever you do, you cant stay with a toxic boss or a toxic colleague. They will make your life hell. It creates a trauma within you and later succumbs to PTSD which currently i am suffering. My age is 26. I suffered heavily in a private MNC company. I have no word to say how much i was tortured.
