Quick suggestion to the camera man, use Manual focus instead of Automatic and lock the focus. The subjects are stationary so you don't need automatic focus to track them, majority of the time only one person is in focus . whenever jaii or the guest moves it always automatically loses focus or starts to focus on the tequillero. Watching toxic talk and lets be honest on 1080p on a big screen its very visible and can get uncomfortable to look at

With manual focus tho. Not all the cameras can be fixed in a particular space. Example if Jaii leans forward and the guest leans slightly back and the camera in manual focus might just focus on Jaii or the guest etc. Because if you set a particular plane for the manual focus they would have to stay in the position for the entire episode. If they have facial recognition. He can try, if the the camera has the option of Area auto focus or just simple facial recognition focusing or AI servo that tracks moving subject.

Focus creates a depth of field and once you've adjusted your framing and aperture according to the scenery the focus will not shift at all. And in a setting like this there's no reason for a depth of field because they are literally against what seems to be a plain colored drape , there's no reason for you to want a blurry background it just cant work with the position and seating nor does it seem like a blurry background is what they're trying to achieve . just do the framing, open the aperture to where everything and everyone is in focus and the video will remain sharp right through .
