I think you've represented essentially every 'Battle!' music track in the games and it just goes to show how much effort and dedication you put into each video! Well you are in luck in terms of other KZbinrs having guest appearances!! The next few Moveset videos (fighters 3 and 4, alongside the bonus character) all have youtubers that will be doing a little bit more than chipping in for the video! Also those are some radical songs- I was going back and forth to see which songs should’ve made the cut, and I was THIS CLOSE to adding a Battle! Gym Leader remix which includes the elite leader theme, but it didn’t make it in.

Dude, after today I kinda wish this was real I liked the idea of having a final starter evolution for each type. And I like the idea of his final smash being that games gimmick a Gmax Final Smash where he grows huge and in his form possibly using his vines to whip around. Cause Greninja has Battle Bond which is kinda like Megas as Lucario has a Mega. Incineroar has a z move so why not have the most latest gimmick. I could also see the reveal trailer like The Donkey Kong Reveal Style where characters pretend to be the character to prank, then get whacked out of the way. So why not have Donkey Kong Dress up like Rillaboom for revenge then get whacked out of the way by actual Rillaboom

I like it, but i feel like with the lack of range his Side-B has, it shouldnt have to suicide properties of shulk. Maybe the side and down special could be switched, and the new down special could be him jumping forward on the ground but not going off the edge (similar to falcon kick) and dropping straight down in a cannonball in the air

Drumstick click is the count off for the song. Let’s say the song is in 4/4, the drummer would click his drum sticks to the beat for 1,2,3,4 before the music starts to sync all musicians

I believe Rillaboom's drum should be his gimmick. At the start of any battle, Rillaboom would have a drum on his back, much like in Pokémon Camp, and both drumsticks in hand. With his down special, he could plant the drum on the ground, dealing damage to anybody too close, or pick it up if already planted. The drum can be attacked and if it takes enough damage, it will be uprooted and go tumbling away, much like Pac-Man's fire hydrant, and deal heavy damage to anyone hit by it. In that case, Rillaboom would lose his drum and have to plant a new one, also using his down special. Another utility of the drum is, obviously, Drum Beating, which would be Rillaboom's neutral special. Rillaboom would bang away at the drum, causing spiky thorns to jut out of the ground and hit opponents for heavy percentage and hitstun but not much knockback. If done at a certain rhythm, more spikes would grow and at a longer range, up to three times in succession. When the drum is not planted on the ground, lost or far away, Rillaboom's neutral special becomes Branch Poke, a fast attack which deals little damage and can be executed up to three times, like a three-hit jab

I feel that that would become a bit complicated, really fast. I'd have to think about it a bit more than I have thus far, but I think that Overgrow fits the vision i had for the moveset gels a bit better with the rest of the smash cast

Who knows, maybe they would even chose Inteleon or Cinderace.

The only thing I would change is changing his jab to be the animation he does when you play with him using the feather in Pokemon Camp. It's just too perfect to not, and then we'd also have an unofficial taunt in the form of a rimshot jab. But nonetheless, this was fantastic! I'd love to see him in the game. Your idea for using Overgrow was super clever! Also fellow Bandanna Dee fan, I see.

Okay, but here's the thing... If you have Leech Seed and Frenzy Plant, then you can easily use that to stall getting forced into Overgrow mode. So is that a drawback or a plus? I mean you have the better... everything combined with Rillaboom's bulk, so do you really wanna be able to heal and lose it all 'n gain it back all over again?

that's a very interesting prospect that I haven't thought about! Obviously balancing would be an issue, but I think that it can work depending on how much recoil you get from using your moves-- And I think that with Leech Seed you can get really flexible with the playstyle, like you can choose a rushdown approach and try and get Overgrow asap, but stays closer and closer to death, or you can hang back and play more conservatively.

First, *oh my goodness thank you for actually responding to this, like wow*. Secondly: this does make a fair more sense than what I had thought previously, yes. I'm just concerned with Overgrow just being Limit + Super Specials + Rage, in addition to Rillaboom being able to heal themself so easily; I don't even wanna think about what a Rillaboom in Doubles would even look like, since you could easily rack damage up with say Plant's Side Special and then heal it back up from them. Then there's other scary seeming stuff, like, for example, the Beam attacks. Given the range and power of these two attacks, you could easily edgeguard someone trying to recover low with more ease than Ivysaur (haha fellow Grass Starter) because of the size and duration of the move. Or, being unable to approach Rillaboom when they're using Neutral Special because of the size and speed of the shockwaves being unable to allow you to get in and attack; which'd be unfair to melee only characters like Mac or even DK. I'd even say that Earth Power and Earthquake are even made a little bit underwhelming because of the other attacks as well. Maybe, even though it might even make Rillaboom a bit broken-er, let them create a shockwave when it lands Side Special on the stage that trips opponents that are too close and not shielding, while landing on them on stage straight up buries them, with both variations having longer and stronger times for it? RIllaboom just seems terrifying to fight, which makes sense because it's literally a gorilla with the power of Mother Nature (also, very excited to see your take on the stronger Gorilla who punched the moon out of the sky) and I think he could be a bit TONEd (music joke, hah) down for some of these attacks. Still, I love these concepts, as dangerous as some of them seem, and I thank you so much for taking the time to actually, y'know, respond to this! I'm very excited for these videos, hope to see more of your Smash Concepts and generally am just thankful you put so much time, love and care into this all!
