8:36 The big Joes' are Action Team. Action Force were two different toy lines in the 80s. (Not counting valaverse) One was basically the UK name for G.I. Joe and the other had figures with only 5 points of articulation and diffrent factions like the Red Shadows and the SAS. The figures came on this real bright red and blue card. The line did share some vehicle molds with G.I.Joe.

The only 12” we had was the “anniversary” addition of Duke that came out in the desert camp uniform… was it in the 90’s?
