That killer croc is what got me back into collecting figures again after a 15 year hiatus. I picked him up 3 years ago. So good! The bane, Grundy, and mr freeze are also top notch!

For Jurassic World, the Legacy Collection is sticking around, but they’re discontinuing the Amber Collection and replacing it with the Hammond Collection. It will still consist of collector-focused dinosaurs and humans, but will now be in 1:18 scale to match the main line. The first two are already up for preorder on Target (it’s their exclusive), and there are more coming.

the new spider-man 2099 retro figure is based on how he was supposed to look in the animated series, but, he was cut from it because execs at fox at the time said, there were already too many spider-men in the finale episodes. so, his suit is supposed to look darker compared to how it looked in the comics.

Marvel Select Venom is awesome!!! The legends scale Transformers are so nice and I love that version of Killer Croc. I had a look at the Spider-Man 2099 figure on eBay, man I had no idea he was that pricey. Spidey 2099 comics have been hot since he showed up in the new Spider-Verse movie trailer but I forgot about the comic that came with that figure. Great haul this week, lots of good stuff.

New phone, new name, but still the same complaint, that I make 2 Toy Hunts a week and our shelves have been bare for an entire year! I was Skye Dragon and then Edward; 28 year collector on April 2nd, 10 different Earth's, 3000 figures. Everything I get is online! I've been fortunate that I have gotten 2 pretty good boxes this week, 1 from BBTS, another from Hasbro. I envy your finds! All our stores have gotten is the kiddie He-Man!

Great hunt!! I saw the mcfarlane dark knight returns wave but carrie Kelley was the only one they didn't have. They had the unpainted one but that's not the one I'm looking for. I miss comic shops and figure shops. All mine have closed down cause of the pandemic. That killer croc looks great. He is one I haven't got. I have arkham asylum bane and that's it. Still need hammerhead from spider retro. Great haul as well.

Another fun hunt! I don't know how, but I stumbled on a Frankenstein Raph earlier in the month, but I haven't seen one since. It's a fantastic figure! I went to a Walmart I dont work at today first time I had been there before Christmas at that time they had nothing at all no DC or Marvel legends or MOTU figures. Today they had a bunch of the older DC wave with King Shazam a few MOTU and Marvel legends. I left the toy aisle to check the collectors area which is bad just four feet of nothing. I went back to the main toy aisle and looked down and spotted a retro card Ben Reily when I noticed all the retro card figures I got the black suit Spiderman the one I wanted so a good score.

I own everything DC collectibles ever made and they made some incredible stuff…especially the Arkham figures and the Batman Animated series figs. Some of the animated ones are going for insane $ on eBay etc…would never sell any of them though, not why I bought them

Also can't find Franken Raph anywhere, I have him preordered at BBTS and hopefully that gets in my pile of loot soon, but at this point I'll probably ship my toys when the wave 4 of Super7 Thundercats comes in. But I did have great luck at Target today surprisingly, I also found a DKR McFarlane Superman, they only had one Superman and none of the other figures from the wave. Since Amazon canceled my preorder of the entire wave I've decided to just get Superman, I don't need a dang horse anyways, although it would have been fun. Plus I found the gold label Hazmat Batman figure and the Gotham Knights Nightwing, also the only ones of those figures that they had. Still not sure about this Nightwing figure though, I got him cause I love Nightwing, but McFarlane just can't seem to get the character right. I was just glad to finally not be leaving a store empty handed like I usually do.

Oh, that Marvel Select Venom figure is, hands-down, the best Venom figure you can get, in my opinion...primarily because you can actually take that figure and make it into ANY style of the character that you prefer. You can make him original Todd McFarlane Venom with the less exaggerated features. You can make him slightly altered "shark-tooth" Venom, you can make him "shark tooth" Venom with the tongue and the big clawed hands (the tongue on the variant head is actually removable, for the record). And as you can see in the package, you can even make him "freaky, multi-headed" Venom, from when the Symbiote got infected by that sentient toxic mercury in "Venom: The Madness" (a noteworthy addition, especially considering that it never came up again and the actual story, itself, really isn't all that good, when you read it back...although you DO get to see a powered-up Venom kick Juggernaut's ass, and that's not nothing). So yeah, pretty much any version of Venom you want, you can make with that one figure. Personally, I was always a minimalist when it comes to Venom. I've always felt that less is more, that he looked his best when he was, basically, just a bigger, more evil version of Black Suit Spider-Man. And I was never really on board when Erik Larson got the ball rolling with the whole "freaky mouth, freaky tongue, freaky hands" design. To his credit, Mark Bagley actually tried to walk it back, but inevitably, he jumped on the bandwagon along with everybody else. Having said that, however, Mark HAS been drawing a more conservative Venom design in recent years, which is always nice to see.

To that end, as a little add-on, I will say that of all the head options this figure comes with, there is another reason why the more conservative grinning Venom is my favorite. And that main reason is that the "shark tooth" head has this weirdly-shaped lower jaw that is just REALLY off-putting. I mean, it's fine, if you look at it straight-on, but it's the angle and side views where the problems start to become apparent. Granted, the flaws aren't AS noticeable from an angle, if you go with the option of leaving the tongue in. But from a side view, it really does bother the eye. Or at least it does for me.
