Oh man there were some awesome vintage TMNT goodies at your local toy shop, that's an awesome but dangerous place to have close by! That Super7 He-Man figure with the Japanese writing on the box is the same He-Man figure that Super7 put out in the "Funko/Savage Heroes" kind of style, but they did the box with the Japanese art and stuff as an homage to those retro shogun warriors toys. Super7 got their start on doing Japanese vinyl toys and such. There's a Skeletor that goes with that He-Man in the same kind of box, I have the Skeletor in my collection and definitely don't have the heart to take him out of the box, it's just so cool and unique looking

omg if i saw that turtles four pack i would have freaked out. i got into the neca turtles late last year, and forget about trying to go back to buy some of those older sets. the word from neca was that they were going to do reissues and updates of older figs so hopefully this is the beginning of that. back in time looks like such an awesome shop. it makes the toy aisles at the big stores look boring in comparison. sweet pick ups on the dino riders. i definitely remember having the pterodactyl, but i seem to remember the snake headed bad guy rider more. and the muscles were great when they went all out with the neon figs. i remember they sold them in these little trash cans and i thought that was so cool. this was another great video.

I bet you that overstock at target of turtles is because the employees finally emptied all the boxes in the back. My target says they have so many boxes from NECA but they’re told by management they’re not allowed to open them because the NECA representatives have to do it. The guy at my store is also a collector and he says I keep telling the boss we are losing so much money because they sit in the back no one is allowed to unpack them and after three or four months they send them back to the company.
