Excellent video! I first stumbled upon book off while on holiday to new york and was our first time in the usa from Scotland UK and we went inside the store and saw all the hanging loose bagged figures and things and had great fun raking through the shelves it was a really interesting shop as we don't get stores like this in the UK. So we will be back in new york again this September so deffo going back to book off. Thanks for sharing and reminding me to go back 😊 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Book Off was indeed a nice surprise and looking forward to going back and I think it's mainly the kind of thrill that there could be anything on the shelves old or rare or vintage or whatever 😀. @SentriTMC yeah new york is excellent and now my fave place to visit . And yeah have hunted toys for many years now but isn't great for stores and things in Scotland so ends up mainly Ebay. Still have a place called Tommy's figz to visit he apparently has a stall in shopping centre thing near central park and sells old vintage toys and things then I hear there's a toys r us on 7th floor of macys so that sounds good

Becareful with bookoff with open vintage toys some can have repo parts or misssing parts they have no clue if they are complete but always nice to see some vintage in the city.

What’s fun about book off is that stuff comes into that store daily (2nd hand physical media shop)… never know what you’ll stumble across and sometimes for a deal! @@SentriTMC awesome, will take a good look round there and thanks! Any other places you can recommend in NYC like this? I mainly collect TMNT at the minute and the UK doesn’t have much in store stuff apart from modern lines. I prefer vintage and the NECA stuff really.

@@Jackanackanorie in Manhattan specifically, not necessarily for tmnt but spots to check - forbidden planet, toy Tokyo and midtown comics in Times Square should keep you busy. Tommy’s Figz in the underground turnstile is cool too!
