We were working on the machine and had to unplug the wires that make the claw go back and forth and front to back and down, Thats why it had an error code.

@@clawchaos5564 It's kind of awkward to do, it is supposed to kind of slide down but you have to grab the sides of it and bend it slightly before it slides down. Make sure you drop the claw and turn off the power while the claw is down because it's hard to do when the claw is at the top.

This is the feature on some Paokai machines. it was used to check how many credits were inserted in the machine before the error occurred. It's buggy when there's one digit number, but it shows two digit numbers without any bugs. On the latest software versions and the latest Paokai machines, this feature was removed.

If you unplug the gantry from the board, then it will cause the E1 error.

why is the claw a different claw but not a paokai claw? paokai claws have a small tiny stich or cylinder on the top to prevent it from the motor grinding but other machine company's have claws but the top is flat.

That is called a claw bullet, it has two purposes. The most important one being that it holds the string, without it, you would have to tie the string to the claw cap. The other important thing it does is that it spaces the claw away from the gantry head so that it doesn't mark the plastic.
