There's not much to do with the closed umbrella but the open one came in two parts so you can feed the handle into the hand and then peg the top on. Also that left hand you used seems more open than the right one, I guess the wider one is for the cup and the other for the handle.

I actually like the newer Penguin design. It's much closer to the original Penguin than the Devito bird look. Most people just like this because they've been exposed to it more.

I'm not getting any of the blue series, I didn't like any if those designs. Better get red series Mr. Freeze, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, and Scarecrow. Yes, definitely need a Gray Ghost, Montoya, and Harvey Bullock. My Penguin didn't have the issues yours has, got all correct hands, and got closed umbrella in hand okay, but your right doesn't hold it well.

+Peter Tennant perhaps but if you were to release one TAS Joker for example, I wouldn't have made episode specific accessories but instead a general batch of accessories you would expect to see with a figure based on that character

I also liked much more this version of Penguin. Funny enough, they changed it but if I remember correctly they only used 3 times. One I don´t remember the actual episode, the other was the Supergirl crossover and lastly for the Mystery of Batwoman movie. That´s it.

The makers of BTAS/TNBA said they wanted to make the Penguin more threatening in the NBA, but he looks better and more threatening here IMO
