The scene that always gets me is Andy seeing Woody wave at him. It's shown throughout the movie many times that Andy always made Woody wave at the camera. And that little flinch he does at seeing Woody not waving with, but AT him is beautiful storytelling through emotions as this is the closure that so many people crave but don't get when they have to let go. No Last Hug. No Last Kiss. No Last Wave. This is 100% the writers not only giving Andy closure, but the audience that grew up with the franchise as a last goodbye from these characters (Ignore Toy Story 4 and it's pandering-attempt to recreate this scene for Nostalgia) Wonderful video on a truly special movie
