To do vynl stitching on those hats is you kind of have to trim the brim off as much as you want and take a super hot sewing needle and poke holes for the vynl stitch

Here's what I think happened: Disney Store/Disney Parks bought the rights to manufacture their own version of 1995 Woody from Thinkway around Toy Story 2/before Toy Story 3. In that time span, Disney Store begun to gradually tweak the original toy until we have the Interactive TS4 Woody we have today. I believe this is the case as some 1995 Woody toys both have a Thinkway and Disney Store logo on the boxes, with the former's logo being phased out once Disney Storr begun to alter the toy. Meanwhile, some event later down the line somehow froze the progress on Disney Parks Woody toys; forever trapping them in those same 1995 5 phrases but with a build more similar to the Disney Store versions. The Woody you have is very likely one of those in between transitory Woodys.

@@todayigrewup your best bet for the original 1995 Version, is the “Posable Variant” that was released when the film came out. The non Posable variant came out in 1996, so technically 1995 Woody would be the bendable version. It’s a rare toy to keep in the box though.

I found out that the head sculpt is based off the 1999 toy story 2 woody doll because the 1995 and 1999 are different we’ll set least similar head sculpt

That Woody is the Old Disney Store Woody from 2010 Disney Store/Disney Parks for Toy Story 3,they made 2 versions,one with the 1995 Thinkway Woody face sculpt,and the other with the normal Woody head.They both say 1995 Woody doll quotes with Jim Hanks’s Voice,I have a Limited Edition 1 of 6000 one in black white and silver from the Disney Store that has the normal face and the same phrases.

Waiit a minute, his voice box sayings are the same from the 1995 Woody. Fun fact, the original Woody and Buzz were not scale figures, they were little action figures made by Think way, then a year later in 1996 they made the scale toys from the movie. So you should call it the 1996 woody and Buzz.

There was actually a head before that Disney store Woody I actually got one and they looked a little bit similar to the Disney store Woody from 1995 but except his head was a little bit different and his head was much chubbier and his the cheek details were pink and he had the same body and he also had the same phrases at the 1995 Woody and his box was different and he had toy story 3 branding on it it looks like a Disney store thinkboy toy Woody hybrid
