Beautiful new property in need of some customer service and what were they thinking with the small lobby design. Wait times for elevators were insane!

It’s not bad customer service….here in Japan we call it the J-box. Japanese people don’t like to do anything outside of the box. Ask for cheese on McDonald’s hamburger that doesn’t have cheese on it. Miracosta is amazing! It’s the best. Also bell boys is not a thing in Japan. Don’t be lazy and get mad cause you have to walk your own bags upstairs.

Great video. I'd love to try out the Toy Story hotel - looks great ❤Can I ask were the beds plush, medium or firm? I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grande and Hilton Tokyo Bay hotels and have just uploaded my review of them 🤗 Had to leave the hilton as the beds were soooo hard.

The beds were firm in all of the Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels. They were not uncomfortable but they were hard.

Great video! I've been trying to look for more recent reviews of the Tokyo resorts as my wife and I plan on going to both parks this October and are exploring our accommodation options. We are WDW AP holders and are curious about the resorts. Can you visit them without being a guest staying at the property? We like to visit the WDW resort gift shops and look at the different theming/architecture and are hoping to do the same while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Thanks!

Yes and no. Toy Story Hotel is only available to guests staying at the hotel. They are strict on checking room keys and guest list before you can enter the property. Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel Miracosta and Ambassador Hotel are open to guests even if they are not staying at the hotel. Enjoy!
