It’s fine for you to not like this review, but to me Pixel Dan comes off as even more fanboy than Toy Bro! To me, I’m not offended if the reviewer has good things to say about something! In this case, I own this figure and Toy Bro pointed out the negatives I notice on the figure. May not be your style of review, but that’s okay! (He could stand to vary his vocabulary a bit-you have a point there!)

Spot on review! Baxter is the only one of these I have so far, and to me he is worth every penny! As Baxter is my favorite of the vintage figures, this new version is exactly what I wanted! And that Mouser!!! I would absolutely buy more if they were available!!!!

When I think TMNT besides the original movie....I think original Playmates (searing them out as a kid) and the size on these and detail are more than worth the price of admission. Beautiful paint. Solid. Can’t wait for the future releases!

I'm glad he doesn't have a dumb joint in the middle of his chest. I may pick this figure up and use it with my original Playmates TMNT figures. As with him being a mutant, it would make sense that he could be really large. And so I think a large Baxter Stockman would look good when fighting the original TMNT Playmate turtles.

Purple always gets shafted as an evil colour. He looks kinda gross. This thing is just totally wild, in all the good ways, What an awesome job :)

I feel like the design intention is for him to stand squat like the original figure. Makes sense to me as he scales better with the other super7 turtles and he lack of ankle rocker.

There's some interviews online stating that Fredwolf/Playmates (I guess) that they didn't want to make the black guy on the show a villain hence Baxter changing race. The only thing which contradicts that is Bebop's human form.

Wrong. In the original mirage comics Baxter stockman was black. He was made white for the cartoon then made black again in 2003. Since everything is based on the original comic book by Eastman and Laird Baxter stockman is black.
