Holy crap. Those stickers make such a difference. This might be the first time a toy hacks set makes me buy a figure. And I wrote this before I even heard what you said at the beginning. 😂 And then you read my mind again later when you said the vehicle mode looks like Star wars. Happily, Ferak looks to be on sale at Walmart for 25 bucks. Perfect timing.

Didn't know they included knees in those sticker sets. Seriously nice set though. Ever since I got Cannonball to go with Lockdown I've had to suppress the urge to complete the team although thankfully thus far I've resisted as this guy is the only one I ever see available on my travels and I never found him all that appealing to begin with... But you sir are not helping.

I always hear people say something along the lines of passing on obscure characters because they're not familiar. I'm the opposite. I want them more because I'm sick of a bazillion more Starscreams and bumble bees. I have both versions of Ferak because I'm a sucker for these lesser known characters. Funnily enough, I'm not a fan of the changes to bot mode, but the pop of red in vehicle mode is a strong upgrade

Same reason I've been picking many of these guys. I love getting unusual and obscure characters (or things like the Diaclone homages) over the umptenth Bumblebee or Starscream or so on.

Same for me. I love obscure characters and homages (ie the Diaclone repaints), and will take one of them over the umpteenth version of Bumblebee or whoever else is popular any day. And it's really nice to get Star Raiders that aren't stuck behind being a club exclusive. Who doesn't love space pirates?
