At 18:10, that grommet you removed, how did you get it back in. I’ve been struggling with this and just ended up throwing silicone on it. Does it have to do with those clips you mentioned?

Large rectangle end of the grommet, try putting the rubber grommet around the white connector first, and then clip it into position. The round end of the grommet just press into the body with your fingers

I ran into the same problem as you and was unable to get the white connector and rubber back into position. Not sure how he was able to. However, the white connector was the issue for me. I removed it entirely and connected everything back together. The rubber grommet was then able to fit nicely back in the hole to make it water tight again. It looks clean as well

Thanks for the video. What did you charge to install this? Others have said the power light stays on with the car off, did this kit have that issue?

I want to say around 400 install. No issues with this kit after install

Mine is a 2022 and it gave out the back door lock actuator toyota wants 700 for the part wtf
