After replacing the spark plug and the ignition coil I haven't had a code for about a month. Then it came back on and went away a few days later. Took it to a mechanic and they found nothing wrong with it. They said that it throws a code every several thousand cycles and just bring it back if there is something wrong with it. It drives fine. I cannot perceive anything wrong with it while driving. Not sure if it is an injector or the ECU sending some bad impulses.

I have a 2018 SR5 4x4 with 100k just throw same code I suspect my sparkplug are worn so I will replace but one day later my dash cleared ...I'm confused why traction is a ignition isssue

Check the cables going to your coils, rodents chewed your wires! Happened to me. The cover for the wires is SOY based. So rodents eat it and chew through the wires!
