I have this same bumper and same brackets on my 87 and it was a real PITA to get it on right

Def they didn’t fit completely right but with a little pushing I made them work. The brackets could be better for sure

Great video, but I’m definitely with you on the OEM look. Much better in my opinion as well. And yet I see a LOT of people going with the Toyota bumper swap. Would be cool to see different models tried as well.

Yeah I definitely prefer the oem one and will be going back to it and the size of the bumper being close to the oem is what makes this swap popular for sure

I have an 87 B2200 and this is exactly what I'm wanting to to with mine. I already have the bumper brackets, but my question is; where did you get the nuts and bolts from to bolt it together and attach it to the bumper brackets?

If you are referring to the bolts to attach the bumper, they came with them, I just had to get washers to use as spacers in between at local Home Depot/hardware store
