I've spent quite some time staring at missing vacuum lines and malfunctioning emissions control valves, but never had to start from basically scratch as you are here. I am impressed with the progress. At least the engine turned over and didn't make ugly clanking noises...The ignition problem surely can't be too crazy to get over. Rock on David!

I guess it's a little late to say "Maybe you should take a bunch of photos of the engine before you disassemble all the hoses" 😂 The engine looks great, keep up the good work. TP

LOL I had many photos but many of the hoses are hidden when installed - add to that the agwe of all the old runner LOL Thanks for the kind words :)

I'm telling you if you could bottle up your patience you would make a million. It takes a lot to keep going like you do. That's why so many projects come up for sell before completed . Gives others the motivation to work on theirs. Did you do the spiral ham this year?

Well certainly I did the ham !!! LOL . I tell ya Bill today my patience was tested beyond what is even normal for me. After doing some painting outside - turned out beautiful the sun started to go down and flocks of bids were flying over - yeah plop right in the center of the wet clear coat - I tell ya I almost started throwing things hahahahahaha

Wow. I would have lost it. A good friend of mine was trying to impress some ladies one time playing volleyball and a flock flew by just as he was spiking. Got him right in the eye, lol. Impressed didn't happen but did leave a lasting impression. Have a great Sunday Dave.
