For those asking how to remove marker light. Using a plastic prying tool (driver side) start by poping off the side closest to the tire. I just installed this on a 2024 Maverick Lariat Hybrid. I greatly appreciate your step by step video, wiring was exactly as you said. Thank you!

It's a Key Machine Not an Engraver. But, you trying to say the Dolphin is anywhere close to equal to the Triton is asinine. I believe Silca makes a real engraver machine. I can't see using a machine that makes keys for $45 and up spending even 1 min 26 seconds to engrave some letters on a key. Pony up the monies and Buy an E6H Holder and A custom stamp from Henry A. Evers Co. I've been using one for 44 years and it still prints our name and Phone number legibly. No Triton here I've got a Futura and I've never tried using it for engraving. We've got Young Bros Stamps and 40+ years of Hammer experience.

This guy is awesome. My starter relay was still in the fuse block and I couldn't wiggle it loose enough to come out, so I wanted to see if all the wiggling was enough to make it startup. It started right up. So I would suggest that before you try to remove it and do the wire trick, you try wiggling the starter relay & make sure it's all the way in, then try to start it up again. It worked for me.

Nice! I follow van reviews and such as I watch van life videos, and DIY camper van builds mainly. The NV200 would be *tight* for doing full time. People do it, though. Something at the size of the Pro-master would be totally likeable to me. The NV400: Maybe. The gas mileage is great.

One more question Dave.....so, I appreciate the 'cut-off' measurements you provided, but do you know the 'final measurements' of the windshield that worked in the gasket?? The reason I ask that I'm sure that if I buy a new 'aftermarket' windshield the measurements may already be a 'little different' than factory....so I don't want to just mark it up to take 3/16" and 3/8" off....just curious if you have the final measurements that worked for you...Thanks either way!!

Wow...awesome video Dave!. I'm restoring my 1987 Toyota p/u that I've owned since new. I'm painting it and just ran into the issue/question of what to do about the front windshield trim. I was just going to repaint the trim and reinstall, but the truck paint looks so good I can't make myself 'short' the project now. So I ran across the rubber gasket and I was like .....'cool...just buy the windshileld and I'm good to go'.....but now I'm not so sure....I have to sand the new windshield to make it fit????? that scares me AND I had no idea it wouldn't just pop in place. Glad I ran across your video (by accident too). I hope I can pull this off. I LOVE my Lil Toyota and want it to look like new AGAIN. I've had it for 37 years now! Fingers crossed!!!!

So you used no glue or adhesive whatsoever? Held in just by the gasket? If that's the case, perhaps leaving a little meat on the bone to allow a tighter fit is actually the right way to go?

The rod went through the block when the piston broke in my engine

I had a no start issue. I checked everything back to the coil. Still wouldn't start. So I delved deep into the internet. The next thing to check is the ASD relay. Turns out that one of the connections had slipped out of the PDC and was no longer in contact with the ASD relay. Took the bottom cover off of my PDC and pushed the wire back on. Boom starts right up.

I bought this. I sure wish you would have demonstrated how to access the side marker lights. I have no idea how to get in there!.

Don't cheap out on floor mats. Get a set of WeatherTech mats. I bought a set of knock-offs trying to save about $20 and the driver-side mat split where my heel sets all the time and all kinds of dirt and grime sifted through to the carpet. They were only about 4 months old. Replaced them with WeatherTech three years ago and those are still like new. By the way; I have no ties to WeatherTech. I just think they are excellent mats.

I’ll be putting in sound deadening and carpet in my 88’ 4x4 this summer. Thanks for the tips and tricks
