Toyota AC water leaking inside blocked Drain pipe

You are a lifesaver! I had this issue with My 2008 Innova and dropped by the aircon maintenance guy. He quoted me 2 days(!) of repair work, no lie! I felt I was getting scammed and I knew it had to be something simple. This video helped me fix it. Literally took me less than 5 minutes.

I want to thank you very much for this video. It fixed my problem. When I turned it made a noise and I seen water come out on the passenger side and the driver side. Sharper I would turn the louder the noise would get. I did exactly what you said here by blowing it out and put the hose back on and turn the AC on full speed and drove it around. It didn't make the noise and I did not spitting water coming out from either side. Thank you very much

Yeah this one did same water was forcing on to blower motor sounding like blade cutting and set splash

Thanks man, this is exactly what saved my vehicle. After draining the pipe, I checked my cab filter and there was a strong indention on one end that covered the intake and there was nothing that would have caused that naturally. I suspect that when I last took my vehicle into a shop for a tune up, they purposely put that strong indention on it to cause the clog and for me to take it back in. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but maybe they didn’t think I actually knew my way to the filter since they asked me to replace it and I figured why not.

Just an fyi It’s a hose not a pipe and you can pull it out from the end that is going out to your engine bay. Also once you pull the hose out you can attach a siphon pump and remove anything clogged in the hose. It will also drain it. Works awesome

Does it matter if the guy in the video said holes or pipe. All I needed to know was where the location was in this video help me go straight to the source and fix my problem. I blew it out and once I pull the blower out water started flowing solid and then stopped. Drove it around no more problems

Well main suspect is the drain but that’s if u got sunroof other wise weather seals or windshield sealer u have to track it down ones it’s dry use and lay down tissues with ink and track down which angle it’s coming from
