My fob is for a 2019 Prius Prime, which is a little different than the one in this video, but you still use the metal key to pry the two halves of the clamshell housing apart. However, the pry point to pop the battery out of the holder on my fob is too small to use the key - you need something smaller, like a #00 flat screwdriver, or a 4d nail. Easy battery replacement, good video! Thanks!

I just found this and decided to see if it would work on my fob too as it looks almost identical, turns out it is exactly the same process for a 2015 Prius C. Toyota charged me $20 bucks for this once. Never again, thanks Key Fob Rob
