Salam, It's been more than a year since u uploaded Nissan Note's review I wanted to ask how is it performing now? I have seen low milage under 30k Nissan's sell for 45+ easily while some which are above 60k milage are selling for 30-35. Why is that?

Walaikumassalam, i sold that one and recently bought one for my brother, its still an excellent buy. the mileage is not the major deciding factor in fact the major contributor is import year, for example a fresh import car will demand a premium over older imports, similarly the note comes in a variety of different variants, ranging from very basic cars to fully loaded cars with adaptive cruise etc that command a much higher asking price.
