We started in 2015 with a video filmed with a phone, today we film with a DSLR camera hooked up to a Rode microphone.
Not only has the film material improved, our cars did too.

I was already in love with the car before the video, if you’re a fan of supra’s you might enjoy the fact that celica’s are the original supra’s

Lowkey wished the MR2 GT-S and the Celica GT-FOUR got the same love as the A80 Supra. I'd argue they're more of sports cars than the Supra is. Granted, this mentality can also be detrimental, because then we'd essentially just run into these cars costing near 6 figures.

I built one from the frame up in Texas a dozen years ago that looks almost exactly like this one. I can’t tell you how many people have asked me if it was a Supra. The funniest one was two teenagers in a riced out Civic that actually got angry with me because they thought I was pretending it was a Supra or something. They yelled out “That’s not a Supra, asshole!” While I was just driving to the store minding my own business. Meanwhile, that’s 100% OEM Toyota body panels and spoiler they were mad at me for. I love that car, the boost comes on way harder than my MR2 Turbo due to the WRC spec CT20B turbocharger. It has a steel turbine rather than the ceramic wheel CT20B in my MR2T. It also has factory anti-lag and water/meth injection at the throttlebody. It’s much more capable than the MR2T and was dead even the three times I raced a friend’s 2JZ-GTE swapped Soarer/SC300.

@@coastyken7370 Do it. You won’t regret it. If you do it in stages, it’ll be easier on you and the first stage gets you 3S-GTE FWD which is very fun.

@@coastyken7370 The WRC spec is the engine to have if you’re going all out, but whatever you do, just get a 3rd gen. clip. Don’t be tempted by the 4/5th gen clips. Those engines are weak at anything above stock boost and you will want more boost eventually, trust me. Built 2nd gen is just as good FYI. I’ve got one of each and two decades of experience with 3S engines.

There were some specs that did come with hardware and software needed for anti-lag that's correct

Chairhotdogchair that’s half true. The Disqualification was deactivated later, but Toyota Team lost to many Team Points for Factory Championship so they couldn’t win.

Only the first 2500 St205 cars (out of about 13,500 across all 5 years) produced in the year 1994 were equipped with the antilag piping. They did not include the software needed to operate it though. They also came with a water spray system to cool the front intercooler, and (perhaps most cool but less talked about) a water injection system to spray water directly into the cylinders to cool them and prevent detonation when running hot. Water injection would also need an ECU to control it and was pretty risky to consider on a production car as it can easily damage an engine if not kept well tuned.
