I took off the rear diffuser and then pulled out the fake exhaust tips. I painted them gun metal black before reinstalling everything. It's easy to do and looks way better.

I payed the $1000 ordering fee yesterday for a XE Manual Hatchback. I can’t wait for it to be in!! It was basically 22 without my build and taxes… 27 after build and taxes (not including my 1k down) The XSE starts at 25. So it would be around 30k

@@microminiskirt there’s only a XE XSE and nightingale. The night doesn’t come manual. and XSE is 30k. You order them at the dealership.

@@TheBadioo Thanks. I will stick with SE COROLLA HATCHBACK with 6spd manual. I was hoping to get it between MSRP and invoice but local dealership wanted $28,300+ and that was with extra cost of CVT I don't want. The price local dealership is still $🤑5000+ over MSRP here in CALIFORNIA.🤑🤑 🤢🤮

The GR Corolla is all but confirmed; by all indications this will take this Corolla Hatchback chassis and pair it with the drivetrain of the GR Yaris(which is a turbocharged I3 that will come with at least 270bhp(rumored to be around 300bhp) and AWD). That one will probably be exclusively offered with a proper gearbox.

should I be worried about this hatchback 6-speed going out of production next year on 2023? I've been wanting this car but I'm still saving money and will only be able to buy it next year hopefully, anyone knows or hears that this particular car (hatchback 6-speed manual se) will go out since a GR COROLLA is coming in (which is going to be a manual for sure) ? I really want to own this car, answers will be appreciated :)

Make mine a SE HATHBACK. Between the CVT transmission and 6 spd. manual which transmission will last longer? Which transmission will give you faster acceleration and top end speed?🤔🤔 This Corolla hatchback reminds me of a Honda CRX with 4 doors. Just fold the seats down. Get it in 6spd manual and it's like a Honda CRX.👍

It depends on how you can drive your manual. But people are saying the CVT gives a better pickup than what’s thought w better mpg. But obviously if you tune it and add a phase 1 and a phase 2 there are no comparisons between automatic and manual.

@@TheBadioo No we are not a mechanic it stays factory stock. The 6 spd. manual will outlast this CVT which is warrantied by Toyota for 5 years then if you are in this for the long haul you will end up paying out of pocket for a NEW CVT costing thousands and thousands of dollars🤑..Any MPG savings will be cancelled out when you must replace this CVT. The CVT is a cost cutting effort by manufactures and this transmission will not hold up.

The Apex is a harsh ride. Not comfy at all. Everything is abrupt and feels like it will shake apart. Would love to know more about the quad tips you aforementioned

@@microminiskirt the Apex is just a trim option with supposedly better handling and a harsher ride and it makes it truly feel like a small car because of the ride I hate that big huge wing the canards on the front or Valance whatever it is they added up front the other rims are hideous

yea that's my problem when I leased this car. Even with that little amount of power, traction control and squealing is a norm when turning at a stop. When its moving its very competent but again the traction becomes an issue in bad weather. AWD is so underrated and I really think these "sporty" cars need it as an option.
