LOVE IT ! ! ! The first car I bought new was the 1973 Corolla S/5 when I was 19 years old. Not the SR5, the one that came out just before it. I took such good care of it. But unfortunately living in the north-east USA it got it got rusted out by the salt during the winters. I tried washing and waxing it all the time, but it kept getting worse. Then it got totaled in a car crash. 😢 I miss it a lot. You and your friends are artist! Thanks for sharing your pictures of the restoration and the finished product. And thanks the memories!!!!

watching from province of cotabato, napakaganda po ng project ninyo po, its a work of art. may 1975 toyota crown ako still running condition with original engine toyota 5R, body issue lang ang problema, need repair.

@@joellago8174 baka mag kalapit lang tayo na kamag-anak,he,he, ang mother clan ng Lago ay nasa Batangas...syang yung sprinter mo..meron akong Yamaha head ng 2tg pero di ko kinabit...ok na ako sa 2T meron din akong solex mikuni40 twinside kaya lang di ko ma kabit wala pa akong mabili ng repair kit,...sabi sa Banawe mahirap na daw maka kita noon..sayang nga eh di tuloy ma kabit.

usually online just join the vintage car ph ob facebook...ang there is a store in QC banawe street .they still have parts there for sale specially at Ichiban.

2T engine makes more sense on this car I suppose rather that 2TG which involves cross member modification...is that right or you still needed to do that mod
