the only compitation between this 2 cars is "altroz saftey rating vs all round features of glanza". final conclusion is, glanza is better than altroz in all terms exept saftey. if your 1st priority is saftey/build quality dont buy glanza.

After doing a lot of research... and scanning Altroz, Punch, Magnite, Kiger , I reached the conclusion that all these cars had some or the element missing. I finally was Happy with TOYOTA GLANZA . I am getting my car delivery tomorrow. Its a all round package. And no matter what the confidence and blind faith you can get with TOYOTA...no brand will give you 100% confidence. So for me...GLANZA IT IS

same here, i recently bought glanza g variant 2024 model. i was too confused between saftey rating or engine performance. finally i sacrificed tata's saftey rating becoz saftey is in our hands and we cant mess up with engine performance.

Everyone starts with altroz , then move to Baleno / Glanza, but ultimately after checking everything you will know i20 has everything..

Altroz is claimed to be a premium hatchback but why do they use same engine as Tiago!? In comparison with Suzuki engines Tata is way behind..they just keep bragging about safety.

thoda sa dimag pe jor daal ke socho answer mil jayega... 5 star safety dena majak nahi hota, cars costly hoti hai aur bhari bhi.. agar 4 cylinder denge to price badh jayega aur weight bhi, average nahi milega.. koi bhi safe car utha ke dekh lo. aur vo 4 cylinder kis kaam ka jo jaan hi na bacha sake.

If you have any..and please put dimaag pe jor and see that statistics there are 10lakhs+ old baleno owners in India alone and they are driving it pretty safely..new Suzuki is much more safer than the previous one. I agree Tata builds cars well, but when it comes to engine there’s no match with Suzuki. And you might not agree with me but millions beg to differ with you.

I am fully confused by looking at all the car videos, can anyone suggest me a good car with good build quality, mileage and can go for long-term don't care whether it's hatchback, cedan or anything under 8L

The main challenge is build versus mileage versus problems. The main problem with Diesel is DPF issue (in all brands). The main problem with petrol is mileage and torque. So I think it is better to go with XUV300 Petrol (Mahindra gives build quality + pick up).. Mileage will be around 12 KMPL in City Traffic and 15 KMPL on Highways (sometimes 16-17 too).. I personally dont prefer petrol but BS6 Diesel has DPF problem.. Baleno, i20, Glanza has no build quality, Altroz does not have fit and finish, Sonet and Venue seem like half cooked, Punch didnt give me feel good factor, Creta is expnesive, seltos as well.. Astor is another choice but you need to compromise on Mileage 11 kmpl in bumper to bumper and 16 on highways.. or SIMPLY Go with Brezza, it has 4 Star Safety Rating + Maruti's reliability + space + mileage. Best ever deal

Stretch your budget a little and go for Brezza Lxi. You ll not get mileage like glanza/ baleno. But it’s a overall best package in budget. New Baleno’s NCAP is not done yet, so can’t comment on its build quality. Even if it scored 4 star, then it ll be a segment killer with the most refined engine.
