I kid you not. I bought and installed SCITOO wheel spacers for my 2018 Toyota Highlander from Amazon. And let me tell you, it's a complete game changer i.e. night and day difference in drivability and handling. And the tires sticking at the one inch mark made the Highlander look and feel beast mode. I paired these spacers with the 2-inch Traxda suspension lift kit and I'm a happy camper to say the least. Best investments I've ever made. Cheers 🍻

Definitely can be done. It’s about a 1” wider than stock so getting the right offset will be crucial.

Thinking about doing the same thing with that exact size. I know it’s been done with that exact size, but they didn’t mention if it rubbed or not. The guy had a +20 offset and the wheels looked just like this, flush. Let me know if you get it done and if you rub at all

Thanks for the video I just ordered the spacer today. Quick question did you have to change out the lug nuts? Or did you go back in with OEM?

Used the factory lug nuts. Only used the supplied lug nuts to hold spacer to hub.

Definitely they should give you the proper clearance you need.

I bought the same spacers as you but how come the studs are sticking out pass the spacers a little ? Not as flush as yours, any idea?

If your factory wheel studs are sticking past the spacer I would not install them. More than likely you got some bad ones. There’s no other reason other than that. I would not bolt the wheels to them. Definitely not safe I’d return them & request another set.

Nope these won’t need to be remove at all unless your changing out your brake rotors.

These will not affect wheel alignment as they are not affecting suspension angles.

Unique build 👌🏽 Quick question hopefully you’ll have the answer from experience - with the 1”spacers installed do you think the HL can accommodate a wider tire size? My HL is currently running stock wheels/tires 245/60/18 but would like to possibly run a wider tire. What would you recommend? 255? 265 maybe too much?

I wouldn’t think so the stock 245 is 9.6” wide a 255 is 10” wide & the 265 would put it at 10.4” wide. The stock tires with the 1” spacer puts it right at the fender edge any wider & they would be past the fender.

Why not just go 255 with no spacer and get it right to the fender ?

@@TheGreekTsourekiEnded up installing 265/60 Yokohama Geolander A/T G015 and replaced the 1” spacers with 1.5” spacers all around. Gave the vehicle a wider stance and a bit of a poke. Removed the front mud guards for some clearance. Only rubs when reversing but pretty happy with the results.

I just when to the shop to install my hubcentric wheel spacer and they told me to retorque my wheel spacer on 100 or 80 miles.

@@markybads9747 not every 500miles but only once after they have been installed to make sure they are fine. If they are you should t have to mess with them at all. I just came back from a Disney World trip which was a 2500 miles round trip & no issues

I believe that you're defeating Toyota's engineering to keep the wheels inside the wells for water deflection and wheel exposure. There is a reason for engineering, or they wouldn't do it.
