I have this issue on peugeot 107 mmt. It did tiny jolt when trying to start, then is dead. Few hours later it starts fine until it does it again. No fault codes and it can be fine for ages until it does it random again. Is this neutral switch problem

Won’t the constant switching from R to E and back (when motor does not start) damage gearbox brother Yuri?

Check for codes. And if no starter, put bridge wire to neutral sensor connector
