Der Sound ist wirklich mega. Wie war das Fahrwerkssetup mit den Tieferlegungsfedern und den dickeren Stabis? Bei deinem hast du die aus Japan ja vermutlich auch direkt mit der neuen Dämpfer-Feder-Kombi verbaut. Da wäre ein Vergleich zwischen den drei Entwicklungsstufen ganz cool.

Es war schon deutlich besser als Serie! Also die stabis kann ich jedem MR2 Fahrer empfehlen, die lohnen sich wirklich. Bei meinem merkt man dann tatsächlich noch die etwas härtere Dämpfungsrate der TRD dämpfer aber der Unterschied ist kein Tag-Nacht Unterschied denke ich

@@PlaneTMRS Ok, vielen Dank für die Einschätzung. Bin ja jetzt auch seit ca. 6 Monaten bei der "KYB-Dämpfer mit H&R-Federn"-Variante, weil die Gewindefahrwerke alle so unsäglich teuer sind (oder nicht mit dem Tüv vereinbar). Das ist zwar schon nicht schlecht und hat sich schon alleine für die Optik gelohnt, durch die Kombi ist er aufgrund der fürchterlichen Straßen in der Gegend, aber doch zum Teil ordentlich hüpfender geworden und man merkt die leichte Überforderung der Dämpfer. Habe etwas Angst, dass das mit den dickeren Stabis dann doch unfahrbar wird. Wobei das aktuell auch noch in etwas weiterer Ferne liegen würde.

@@wookieechicken5188 also ich kann sagen, mit den Stabis wird das Auto echt aggressiver. Ist jetzt schon einfach über einen Lastwechsel anstellbar. Das macht hart bock, man muss aber auch echt vorsichtig sein an manchen stellen!

It is kind of a soft turbo setup. So you feel the most difference somewhere in mid range. The engine is still stock, so high boost would ruin the engine instantly. Would be nice to see someone, lowering the compression + new rods and piston + higher boost. Guess 200+ horespeower could be easily achieved. That's true, I think this kind of setup has a lot of potential with some mods here and there. Meeting sounds great, but so far everything has been in the west so that was a bit far for me to attend them 😅

stock engine can take 250hp easily… my friend has 225hp turboed stock engine for 10 years. Many examples online. Tune is the key.
