Toyota Premio was introduced in 2007. The 2nd Generation Toyota Premio is a luxury mid-size front engine front/four-wheel drive sedan sold in Japan by Toyota Motor Corporation. The Toyota Premio 2nd Generation is based on the same platform as that that underpins the Toyota Allion. The Toyota Premio is designed to a model that caters to the mature buyer while the Toyota Allion is catered to a younger audience. The Premio is one of the most premium and fuel efficient cars in its market.

Exterior
The exterior of the 2nd Generation Toyota Premio features a minimalistic design language. The front end houses side swept trapezium styled upswept headlights, a trapezium shaped chrome front grille, a small rectangular air intake and standard circular fog lights on the front bumper. The slightly raised rear end houses side swept trapezium styled taillights with rectangular insets, a chrome trim piece on running across the center of the trunk and a standard case rear bumper. All variants of the Toyota Premio feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of the 2nd Generation Toyota Premio features a fairly restrained design language that is typical for Toyota designed Sedan.

I bought this car in 2013, 2007 model. No doubt it is the best purchase of my life, 6 years of ownership and I am still enjoying the car everytime I drive it (usually people get bored of driving a car for so long. But I have no plans of selling it)... This car is very durable and I drive it to rural areas and bad roads as well but the suspension is still in great shape, maintaince is very cheap. Variants are F 1.5 and F 1.5 ex package X 1.8 and X 1.8 ex package 1.8 is available in awd model as well G 2.0 and G 2.0 superior. Transmission of the car is weak if not taken care of, you should very strictly change transmission oil every 40k kms InshAllah this gearbox will keep on running smoothly.

@@Hafiz_G_Lumber_1 there is no much difference between 1.5 and 1.8 in average, in city 8 to 10 depends on driving behavior, on highway can give you above 12 upto 14/15 depends on driving style. Although there is much difference in the drive of both cars, 1.8 never let you feel under power at any range of speed

Sunil Bhai there are 3 variants in Premio ie F (1500 cc), X (1800 cc) and G (2000 cc). XEx package and G Superior have Cruise Control. Also G Superior has Leather and heated seats.

Big fan of suneel sahb but i have owned both T240 & T260 generations, the 240 generation was sold in japan as it is jdm (japenesse domestic model) between 2001-2006 with three engine options 1.5 1nz-fe,1.8, 1zz-fe and in g edition it had 2.0 1az-fse with two transmission options 4 speed auto and cvt in 2.0 engines and with 1.8 engine was offered with 2wd/4wd the cars with chassis code zzt-240 were 2wd and zzt-245 were 4wd, then it was replaced with T260 generation in 2007 it was offered with a 1.5 1nz-fe, 1.8 2zr-fe and 2.0 3zr-fe and in my opinion both generations are good in their own right the 240 gen is rough and tough whereas 260 gen is somewhat more refined and fyi 260 was only offered with a six step cvt which is good but fragile and in all premio there are three main trim level F, x,G f being 1.5, x 1.8 and G 2.0 and as the 240 gen it was also offered with optional 4wd in 1.8 x editions with chassis code being ZRT-265. I hope this was helpful

Interior match exactly with camry 2007 and gear after oil change takes week to 2 week to normal working and recommended to top up gear oil rather than changing until oil gets too old or dirty

I have this same gen premio. It gives 18 km/l on highway at 100-120 km/h speed and normally gives and average of 12km/l on local.
