They can and will. Cause small cars have to meet the insane emission standards in America in order to make up for all the emissions released by gas guzzlers and crossovers Americans love buying. Every sports car is gonna go electric unless people are willing to let go of their humongous need for huge trucks and SUVs.

What a pointless press conference. Those electric vehicles never gonna make in real production anytime soon. They can't even produce enough base toyota corolla for market demand. They come up with idea of " here is an ugly pick up truck that you can customize as dj boot or sell vegatables lol'' or micro van that you can customize as office so you watch animes. Absolutely not. The days of big engines are over. They are all being phased out. Even Rolls Royce has a new BEV ultra-luxury car out and it is smoother, quieter and faster than any ICE engine can produce.
