Many of us understand and know about how these features work. However, some people need to have them explained to them fully. I know my Wife would need to have a few of these explained to her. Also this Man comes off as a very pleasant individual. I am willing to bet he is a kind, soft spoken man to his wife and children.

Morozov! I worked in a Dealership many years ago and only for a short time! You are so talented and if Dealerships were smart they would hire you and other talented Tech's to TEACH the younger Tech's! Pay them well and Dealerships would be rewarded immensely along with giving many an opportunity to enjoy a much needed career! The 1st Dealership to do this will be very smart!! I just got my First Toyota a 24 Rav 4 Exl and am sure will have it for a very long time. Ha it may outlive me! TYVM!

Great video brother, new subscriber and I’ve been really enjoying your videos I picked mine up at 120 on release got lucky and it might be a PSA 10 contender. The plan originally was to just get one of those cool extended frames and keep it as a fun controversial piece. But if prices are going up, I might take a shot at grading it, selling it and just picking up another when prices drop. I think I would have to act pretty fast tho if that’s the route to take.

You teach, I learn. What is the S next to the D in the gear shift?
@McRun_Away Жыл бұрын
It’s a shifter. You can shift gears in it, so it can make it “manual” or if you need a “low gear” option, you shift it over and adjust it accordingly
@davecaselli1957 Жыл бұрын
You'd think it would be "M", manual , like some others. Instead it's "S" Sequential.

I had my 2013 plug in Prius for 3 , maybe 5 years, before I realized that little light and mirror behind the sun visor was there. I have a 1 week new to me '21 Prime, and yes, it has so many features i am searching YT to figure out most of them! I also took the rear seats out of my 2000 RAV4 for the 8 years I owned it, only realizing they reclined when I put them back in, prior to selling it! Don't know about the child lock feature, but my dog will benefit from that, another thing I didn't know.

Great tips and tricks thank you for doing it now here's one more trick to see if you can find out how to access it and that is on the power meter to switch it over to a tachometer like you can do on the NX hybrid the 2015 through the 2021 nx300h on those cars you can switch from a power meter to a tachometer see if you guys can figure out how to do that on the RAV4 hybrids please if you can help .

Thank you! Just be aware of AUTO HOLD function - it will stop working after holding position for approx. 5 minutes, for example, if you stop at Drive-In and wait in the line for more than 5 minutes in Auto Hold position, it can all of the sudden RELEASE brakes and you can hit the car in front! Have this in mind.
@Labsy2 ай бұрын
UPDATE: I have tested on my 2020 RAV4 and it hold up to 15-20 minutes, then it auto applies PARKING BRAKE, so it will NOT jump forward by itself!

Yea that would otherwise be the dumbest design possible, just automatically turning off the brake hold at an unexpected time.

Can you go over the Trail button and that whole area with the twisty knob?
@MorozovAutomotive Жыл бұрын
This allows you to choose different driving modes in the RAV4. Most of the time the normal driving mode works the best. Eco helps you to save a little bit of gas but reduces vehicle responsiveness. Sport mode provides better acceleration but uses more gas. The Trail made can be helpful when you do off-road driving. The EV Mode in the Hybrid RAV4 can only be used for a short distance at limited speed.

Приветствую! Спасибо за ролики. Есть ли в планах снять ролик по замене масла в коробке? Есть ли разница в процедуре замены на обычном и гибридном варианте? Вроде и там, и там вариаторы стоят.
@MorozovAutomotive Жыл бұрын
Здравствуйте! Пока что видео замены масла в коробке нет. Разница в объеме масла. В бензиновых версиях - коробка автомат, требуется 7.4 литров масла. В гибриде - вариатор (cvt), необходимо 3.9 литров масла.

Hi there. I'm new to your channel. Would you be able to go over what to do to prevent your Toyota RAV from being stolen Please? Then maybe what to do if it has already been stolen? Are there new features in the 2023 RAV's that will beat any theft? Is it worth it to even buy another RAV? This is a serious situation that I wish Toyota has dealt with 10 years ago. thx in advance.

Thx. Question: Does the hybrid rav 4 make noises?
@MorozovAutomotive11 ай бұрын
It does. Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (2019-2024): Where Does Futuristic Hybrid Noise (Sound) Come From? - kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWbdY4WAedR6sM0. This system is called the Vehicle Proximity Notification System. It produces a sound when the gasoline engine stops working. The sound changes in accordance with the driving speed. The purpose of the system is to warn people nearby (pedestrians) that the vehicle is approaching or backing up / reversing. The sound will stop when the vehicle speed exceeds 22 mph (35 km/h).

Pretty sure you've got the mirror thing exaclty backward. I've always set the mirror with the tab back and pull to tilt mirror up for night. This is because the other image will be a plain view of the roof rather than the inside of the car.

If your car is hit from behind and rolls when brake hold is on (such as at an intersection), will to release due to the movement? I actually prefer the manual parking brake mode, for habit development - many cars don’t have an auto park brake.
