Thanks a lot, I recently bought a rav 4 d4d 2005. Within a week the fuel filter light came on, tho according to the manual it just needs to be bleed to get rid of the water. I was wondering how to do this around the air filter. I would def watch the video a few more times before attempting to fix the issue.

Dear I have 2006 dcat diesel and it smoke sometimes, I cleaned the injectors but it's still smoking, do you think it can be from fuel filter??

Definetly its not from a dirty filter.

Then try to prime it with an ignition but only giving it a contact for a few times in a 10 seconds short intervals. Fuel pump should be pumping the fuel to the system

Did you fill up the filter before screw up to the metal cover with hoses ?

No, it filled up by cranking the engine afterwards
