Very good video, wish I'd seen it before I did this job! One thing, I didn't find it necessary to remove the intake pipe from the turbo, just disconnected it from the air filter cover, there's plenty of room to work on the filter once the air filter box lid is out of the way. I don't waste the fuel, just poor it through a coffee filter into a clean container, then it goes back in the tank. 10/10 for the tutorial!

Can anyone tell me where the oil sensor is located on my 2009 Rav 4 2.2 diesel? I have purchased a new sensor but can’t find the location.

Did you refuel filter before start engine or you screwing starter a long time as pump fill up filter ?

You don't have to remove the air filter etc just the three nuts n pipes I removed refitted filter by hand no bench things etc bosch fuel filter £11 on ebay proper original too😮 from carparts in motion not £43 EUROCARPARTS, fill the filter with diesel too saves pumping loads of times, there's always a better way for everything this video still works the same ok

It might be the primer is not working but take the outlet pipe off (the one to the HP pump on the engine) and try pumping it again.
